Q: Is this learning center only for neurodivergent students?

A: No, all students ages 3-18 are welcome. We support students with a variety of learning needs, whether or not they have a formal diagnosis.

Q: What type of learners do you support?

A: We support neurodivergent learners, including gifted students and students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, learning differences, and executive functioning challenges.

Q: How is De Learning Compass different from tutoring?

A: We go beyond academics by supporting the whole child through personalized learning plans, executive functioning skills, emotional regulation, and confidence building.

Q: What services do you offer?

A: We offer Executive Functioning Coaching, Social Emotional Learning/Social Skills Class, Academic Tutoring (Reading and/or Math), Spanish classes, French classes, Student Screening Assessment, Individual Session, Review and Consultation, and Parent Training.

Q: Do you offer one-on-one sessions?

A: Yes! Sessions are customized to each student’s strengths, goals, and learning needs.

Q: How do you create a learning plan?

A: We consider each student’s strengths, challenges, goals, and assessment results to create individualized support.

Q: How often should my child attend sessions?

A: Frequency depends on your child’s goals and needs. We will help recommend a schedule during the consultation process.

Q: Do you work with parents and schools?

A: Yes. We collaborate with families and educators to provide consistent support for student success.
